Lien is a mindfulness coach and MBSR trainer, certified by Brown University (US) (Qualified, Level 1).

Through workshops and programs for groups, or through individual coaching, she works together with each person to find ways to integrate mindfulness into their life, in a personalized and accessible way.

In addition to completing the Mindfulness & MBSR training at Brown University, Lien holds a Master’s degree in Economics, Law, and Business Administration from KU Leuven (Belgium) and has also followed programs such as MBCT (Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy), IMP (Interpersonal Mindfulness Program, Gregory Kramer), MB-EAT (Mindfulness-Based Eating Awareness Training), Dialogue & Inquiry for Mindfulness Programs (Brown University), Hatha Yoga (200-hour teacher training), and Nonviolent Communication (Marshall Rosenberg).

In addition to daily practice and regularly attending silent retreats, Lien is actively studying the foundations of mindfulness: psychology, Buddhism and following recent scientific studies regarding the effectiveness of mindfulness (AMRA, American Mindfulness Research Association).

Lien speaks Dutch, French, and English. She grew up in Belgium and lives in France.
